Chapter One: Mission

It was my eleventh birthday. I had Liam, Shane, Tyler, and Cory over.

“Let’s visit Narbithya.” Tyler said.

We all agreed. When we got to our fort a fairy was waiting for us.

“What do you want?” I asked.

“The fairy queen has a mission for you.” she replied.

“I need to speak to the fairy queen” I growled.

“Sorry, but she is not speaking to lesser ones today” she said.

“WE ARE NOT LESSER ONES!!” I yelled. “ WE HAVE SAVED THE WORLD MORE TIMES THEN ALL THE FAIRIES COMBINED!! I DEMAND TO SPEAK TO THE FAIRY QUEEN. NOW!!”

The fairy had a terrified look on her face.

“y..yes m…master” she said trembling.

The next moment we were in the fairy kingdom.

“WHAT DO YOU WANT!!” the fairy queen yelled. When she looked at us her expression changed. “So you have accepted I’m guessing.”she said.

“NO”I responded” I came to ask why the heck you would give me a mission on my birthday. You didn’t even give me a gift. Besides I don’t even have a weapon.”

“That,” she said “is no longer a problem.”

She handed me a glowing blue blade.

“Ankylis, the only blade that can kill Netok” I gasped. “I am still not going on a mission” I said.

“But what if I told you it was a mission to find the seventh island” she replied.

“THE SEVENTH ISLAND!!!!” we all said simultaneously.

“If we found that we would be legends” Shane said.

“No dip” said Liam.

“I’m in” I said not caring what the others thought.

“It’s in the void” the fairy queen said

“WHAT!” we all yelled.

“Never mind, I am still going.” I said.

We all agreed

So now we have a mission.
